Jonathan joins the team as Director of Strategic Marketing for Luxe Living Realty with experience working in the New York City real estate market and high-end local new developments. Previously working for a prominent Manhattan-based brokerage and on Fisher Island on the development marketing team.
 
Jonathan spent several years in New York City for a real estate technology company and as a Marketing Specialist for a prominent brokerage in Manhattan. Obtaining in-depth local market knowledge and hands-on experience in NYC real estate. While working in New York City, Jonathan provided invaluable marketing support to over 100 sales executives, crafting individualized marketing strategies for the brokerage and for each agent. He demonstrated exceptional skills in overseeing and coordinating all brokerage marketing efforts across social media, online platforms, city advertisements, and print media.
 
Jonathan was involved with the execution and coordination of staging model residences at Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna and gained experience working alongside the developments" Marketing Coordinator. He assisted her with the creation of sales e-flyers, social media content, print brochures, and various types of media. He also handled professionally operating the sales office and provided direct assistance to the sales team. Both new developments, Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna, won "Best New Residential Development in the United States” by the International Property Awards. He has bountiful experience in luxury real estate marketing, as well as over seven years of high-end interior design experience..
 
Jonathan graduated from Florida International University, obtaining a double major in Marketing and International Business degrees, and is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
 
Jonathan was born and raised in Miami. He is very well-versed in the Miami luxury real estate market. Jonathan has a keen interest in real estate marketing and hopes to develop new strategies and methods to increase reach through digital marketing and advertising. Outside of his career, he enjoys working out daily and traveling. Jonathan speaks English and Spanish.
