The Delano brand, which turned its iconic Art Deco South Beach hotel into a cultural institution, debuts in the luxury residential space with a supertall that redefines glamorous living in Downtown Miami.

The Delano Residences & Hotel is a landmark luxury condo-hotel in the heart of Downtown Miami, delivered by an exceptional team including developer Property Markets Group (PMG), hospitality group Ennismore, architectural firm CUBE 3, conceptual artist Carlos Ott, and award-winning interior design studio Meyer Davis, along with the curation of Miami Beach’s iconic Delano brand.

The tower's design, inspired by the fluid motion of a flame dancing in the wind, was conceived by world-renowned conceptual artist Carlos Ott alongside nationally recognized firm CUBE 3, delivering a structure of curvilinear forms and fluid shapes, contrasting with the Waldorf Astoria Residences & Hotel’s linear stacked cubes design.

Inside, New-York-based Meyer Davis Studio envisioned the interiors as a vertical resort, where filtered light, sculptural circulation, and mineral-toned materials set the tone from the lobby to the penthouses. Each Delano Residences condo will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with custom cabinetry by Italkraft, fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, and Waterworks bathroom fixtures.
