Envisioned as a serene architectural statement just steps from the Atlantic, the project will merge natural inspiration, flowing forms, and timeless coastal sophistication.

Surf Row Residences will arrive as a collection of 25 bespoke residences, each thoughtfully composed to embrace natural light and fluid design. Rising just a few stories, the building will feature sculptural facades and curved balconies that echo the rhythm of ocean waves. Shared spaces will be curated in collaboration with Restoration Hardware, ensuring a cohesive, elegant aesthetic across common areas and optional fully furnished homes.

Each magnificent residence will offer airy floor plans, neutral palettes inspired by the natural surroundings, double-height ceilings, and custom European kitchens with Italian cabinetry.
