With over a decade of experience in sales management, a bachelor’s degree in Information Science, and a passion for the profession, Jose brings a diverse skill set to the real estate world, winning over clients everywhere he goes.
Jose did not expect to become a real estate agent upon graduating from the Central University of Venezuela. He knew he had effective communication skills, an eye for attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people, which lead him into the sales field. For 15 years, he thought sales was his calling and excelled at making customers happy while contributing to the bottom line.
When the Venezuelan-born salesman moved to Florida, the real estate bug bit him. Jose realized his sales strategies, enthusiasm, and eagerness to help others could easily be translated into the real estate realm. He took a leap of faith and started in real estate.
In 2016, one year after starting his real estate career, Jose received the ‘KW Miami Rising Star 2016’ award. He continued on to secure a spot on the Top Producers Wall, becoming one of the youngest agents to achieve this status.
These prestigious accreditations were received through Jose’s proven ability to work with international and domestic real estate clients across Miami. His sales record revealed his knack for facilitating buyer, seller, and investor satisfaction every time someone entered his office.
Jose goes beyond just listening to his client’s needs – he adapts to them. Jose creates real estate strategies for each client to align their goals with market trends, providing clients with practical and educated advice.
